Born from a spontaneous idea

We offer various recycling projects across the industry. Our goal is sustainable products, projects and awareness of resources. This is always our highest priority. We are proud of it.

  • Jörn van Leeuwen

    CEO / Sales

Hey, I am one of the founders and managing directors of Recycling Fabrik.

Everything can excite me! In order for me to continue to enjoy things, the world and precisely these things must become sustainable. This includes 3D printing.

My favorite color is "Shallow Waters"!

  • Rudolf Leue

    CEO / Marketing

Hello! As the person who came up with the idea for the recycling factory, I convinced us all of the plan to recycle 3D printing material and thus laid the foundation for our company. In addition to technical tasks, I am enthusiastic about sales and marketing.

  • Jonas van der Straeten

    COO / CTO

Hi, I take care of the internal organization and most of the processes in the recycling factory. I am also the contact person for all technical questions relating to our production. I am particularly enthusiastic about our work because we recycle waste that would otherwise be burned into such great products.

My favorite color of ours is the "Shimmering Pearl".

  • Johannes Till

Head of Marketing / IT / Warehouse

Hi, I work at the Recycling Factory as Marketing Manager. I also take care of most IT issues, manage the online shop and organize the warehouse and shipping.

The recycling factory is the ideal employer to learn every day, find new challenges and also make an important contribution to sustainability.

My favorite color is "Dark Ivy"!

  • Janos Kehl

    Head of Sales

Hey, as Head of Sales, I'm responsible for getting more people and companies excited about our recycling process and our material. I'm also building up new sales opportunities at home and abroad. I work at the recycling factory because I'm convinced that resource-saving use of products is essential for future generations. My favorite color is "Sticky Frog." Unfortunately, it's no longer available, but it was an exceptionally bright green color.

  • Nils Brombeis

    Production / Development

Hi, I'm Nils and as a working student in the recycling factory I take care of construction and the many colorful pellets. I'm at the recycling factory because I do a lot of 3D printing and it's important to me that my misprints get a second life.

My favorite color is dark ivy, so my bike is the same color.

  • Jens Hubert

    production

Hello, my name is Jens and I am responsible for controlling and operating the production machines and systems at the recycling factory.

Sustainability is very important to me in order to ensure the cleanliness of air, water and soil on our planet for future generations. This is the philosophy that our company conveys and I am happy to be a part of it.

My favorite color is "Mild Sea Buckthorn".

  • Fine Leue

    Marketing / Customer Support

Hey, I'm still studying marketing and supporting the recycling factory in the social media and customer support areas.
Sustainability is very important to me in my private life, so I am all the more pleased to support a company that not only makes this aspect possible for private consumers, but also establishes it in companies.

With such a great selection of colors, it’s hard to choose just one, but “Pressed Lime” shouldn’t be missing from anyone’s shelf!

  • Lea Neugebauer

    production

My name is Lea and I work as a working student in production at the recycling factory.

Sustainability is particularly important to me because it plays an increasingly important role in our society - I am convinced that each of us can make the world a better place through conscious action.

My favorite color is "Shallow Breeze" because the color always reminds me of the wide sky, the sea and the feeling of freedom in nature.

  • Sebastian Thode

    production

Hi, I work in production at the recycling factory.

My main job is to package the wound spools and refills so that they are ready for sale.

The recycling factory is an ideal complement to my studies in "Material and Technical Design", as I enjoy printing in my private life and sustainability is important to me.

My favorite colors are all shimmery ones!

Our drive

When the three of us decided to start a company, we were all in a similar situation. We wanted to reorient ourselves professionally, pursue a meaningful job and make the world of tomorrow a better place. Typical do-gooders, in a way. The step of combining our passion, 3D printing, with work was of course not that difficult. One thing was clear to us from the start: we want to start a company that is based on the following pillars.

  • Transparent

We rely on transparent communication with you and our partners. The world is already opaque and complicated enough and we do not want to follow this trend.

  • collectively

We are setting an example and showing that things can be done differently. We want to create something great together with you. A company with an open guiding culture. While walls are being built around the world and the gap is widening, we want to tear these walls down! A company in which our customers also have a say and can contribute ideas.

  • Creative

You won't find anything boring here. We don't need the same old stuff. We need a new environmental awareness and there's no room for dusty things. So if you have an unconventional idea, write to us!

  • Sustainable

Our top and most important goal is sustainability. That's why we want to build a company here with you. While many people turn a blind eye to what lies ahead, we're tackling it and want to do something for our planet!
