Step 1

Collect your 3D printing waste and plastic spools

Pay attention to the purity of the material and whether all spools meet our requirements. You can find an overview below.

Step 2

Reach the minimum weight of 2kg material and spools

The more you send in at once, the better. And remember, one large box is better than several small ones - especially for the environment.

Step 3

Request your personal shipping label via our portal

Make sure that you are already a customer with at least one completed order. Log in with the email address of your shop account. You will receive a one-time password to this email. Please ensure that you enter your data correctly and follow the instructions in the portal.

Step 4

Print the label and stick it on your box

Simply print out your label and stick it clearly visible on your package. It is a return label and can be handed in at any parcel shop or given to a courier.

How does the shipping label dashboard work?

First, log in with the email address of your shop account in the login window . If you do not yet have an account, we ask you to create one and make a purchase. At the moment, the issue of shipping labels is tied to the purchase of filament, otherwise we cannot recycle economically.

By entering your email address you can request a one-time password. This is valid for 10 minutes and allows you to have a 24-hour session in your browser, as long as you do not manually log out or delete your cookies. After logging in, the “Request shipping label” form appears. You must correctly enter your contact details and all information about the material you want to send. The weight of the package must be between 2 kg (minimum weight) and 31 kg (maximum weight) and must not exceed the dimensions 120 x 60 x 60 cm . After agreeing to the privacy policy, your shipping label will be sent to you by email within one day .
