Collecting points - why exactly?

To reward you for your help , you will receive points for your submission! The more filament scraps you send us and how clean and sorted they are, the more points you will receive !

You can use your points, for example, by purchasing a discount in fixed increments, which can then be redeemed in our online shop. You can pay up to 20% of your shopping cart with points. There are also other great rewards such as free shipping and much more.

You can view your points balance at any time in the points panel.

We also accept used spools. For each undamaged spool you get 10 points . The points for filament remnants are made up of the quantity sent in and the so-called quality class as follows:

    Sorted by material, but slightly soiled

    Clean and sorted by material

If you sort your clean 3D printing waste by material, you will ideally reach grade 4 and receive 100 points for every kilo of filament waste you send in . If you also sort by color, you can earn up to 150 points per kilo . Unfortunately, we have to deduct points for dirt, as this means a massive amount of extra work for us. We hope you understand this. As described in the FAQ, color sorting is not necessary, but is welcome. If you want to do it anyway, we'll be even happier and you'll get extra points!

Our friends recommend friends program is super simple and transparent. You will find your personal advertising link in the points panel - simply copy it out and forward it.

For each successfully referred customer (at least one completed purchase) you will receive 200 points and the other party will receive 100 points , in addition to the 100 points for creating the customer account.
